@Holoh, restate the freeze for finance
Finance asked for a restatement of the freeze. We are holding headcount at fourteen through October. Any backfill needs Maya's written sign-off first. I can attach the spreadsheet if they want the names. The board packet already uses this wording — changing it now would reopen Q3. Send this only if Maya is fine with the October hold staying in the channel. Ping me if the wording should name the cost centre instead. Also list the open reqs, the date Maya signed, and that backfills pause until November so the owner can actually read this before Send.
